All Poolside suites feature a kitchenette, separate living and dining areas, bathroom, laundry facilities and a balcony. Room rate is for 2 guests only. Additional guests can be accommodated on a double pull-out sofabed for an additional $30.00 per night.

We thank you for your reservation. We look forward to welcoming you to The Ramada Hotel & Suites Ballina and invite you to read our Hotel Policy below.
Smoking is not permitted any part of the premises, this includes balconies. Penalties apply for smoking and evidence of smoking.
We offer complimentary, undercover parking. Please note car spaces are limited. For late arrivals, please be assured street parking is available outside the Hotel
When checking in to the Hotel, a nominated credit card must be presented and will be authorized for up to $200.00 to cover any expenses related to your account. Alternatively, payment can be made with Cash if a Credit Card is not available.
Should this method be chosen, the Full Accommodation Amount PLUS a $200.00 Cash Bond must be paid on arrival. A valid Photographic identification will also be requested. The full Cash Bond will be refunded on departure providing there are no incidental charges left outstanding on your personal account.
Debit and Credit Card Policy
Please note the following credit surcharges are applicable and will be added to the transaction total
Visa & MasterCard: 1.25%
American Express: 3.05%
Diners Club: 3.44%
Debit/Credit Cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Please note: Authorized amounts may take up to 5 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution.
Pre-authorisations will be taken on credit cards.
Easter and Christmas reservations
Please note there is a 3 night minimum for bookings between 21Dec19-11Jan20 and 10-13Apr 2020 inclusive. The cancellation period is 14 days prior to arrival and a 50% deposit is required at time of booking, which will be deducted from your nominated credit card.
Cancellations within the 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee. Failing to arrive at the hotel will forfeit the deposit as a No Show fee.

For cancellations outside of the above dates please see below;
Cancelling a reservation within 24 hours of your arrival date, 100% of the first night’s accommodation will be retained per room as a cancellation fee.
Failing to arrive at the Hotel, 100% of the first night’s accommodation will be retained per room as a no-show fee.
Room Rates are correct as of booking date and cannot be amended once confirmed. No further discounts are applicable.
