Members of Golden Chain will receive their benefits on check-in when booking through this site unless stated otherwise. When making a reservation please enter into the comment box the top line of your card. Chain Gang Members will only receive their benefits on request when making their reservation via the phone. Signed card must be display on check-in.
A deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation charge is required at the time of making a booking. This deposit will be taken from the credit card you submit with the booking.
Excluding event weekends, deposits are refundable if booking is cancelled Seven complete days or more prior to arrival (minus a $25 administration fee). If the cancellation is made within the four day period and we successfully rebook the accommodation we will again refund your deposit minus the administration fee.
During event weekends (listed under Annual Events) which attracts a minimum nights stay, single nights can not be cancelled and deposits are only refundable if four or more weeks notice is given (minus a $25 administration fee). If we can successfully rebook the accommodation we will again refund your deposit minus the administration fee.
