A five bedroom, 3 bath home that sets a standard to which others would Aspire. The point has stunning views, is lake frontage, is 35 - 45 minutes from Thredbo and Perisher ski resorts.The point was built as a family home- hence its spacious- very. The Point has a full kitchen that would suit a caterer - it does in fact, Kim Neville, ( www.kimnevillecatering.com.au ) the owner, with husband Brendan , is a caterer and designed the kitchen.

There are two relaxing areas / lounge sitting rooms, two dining areas - formal and casual. An open fire and in-slab central heating.There is secure garage parking and numerous spots on the "pad".

The Point - where No One has been disappointed.

The Point is licensed for 13 people.
Deposit 25 %-to be paid 7 days from booking
Next 25 %- to be paid 90 days from arrival.
Balance 50% - payable 60 days prior to arrival. From this ppoint there is no refund.
If a booking is cancelled prior to 60 days from arrival a cancellation fee of $180 applies


Please note,overcrowding is strictly prohibited- exceeding maximum occupancy numbers will result in immediate termination of the stay, can involve fines from Snowy River shire Council and jeopardises any public liability claim a guest may have cause to persue.

The owners live in an attached dwelling , out of the way of guests

No refunds if cancelled with 60 days from arrival ( unless property can be re booked) All breakages are the tenants responsibility.
