ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข

Deposit of 1 night's accommodation is payable on making reservation in order to confirm booking and balance is due on or before check in. We require details of current and valid credit card at time reservation is made. We do not accept deposit payments by cheque or money order except by prior arrangement and never on check in.

Guests who cannot provide a full credit card on check in as distinct from a debit card or a debit/credit card are required to pay a cash security deposit of $500 before room keys can be issued.

For peak season bookings (24th Dec - 27th Jan, Easter, all public holiday long weekends), balance of accommodation cost is due 7 days prior to your arrival.

We have EFTPOS facilities and accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners Club International), but a 3% surcharge applies to payments by AMEX and Diners Club and 1.5% surcharge to payments by Visa and Mastercard.

For peak season bookings (24th Dec - 27th Jan, Easter, all public holiday long weekends), no refunds will be made unless we can rebook your apartment, in which case we refund the nights booked (excluding deposit on 1st night's accommodation) less 15% administration fee.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RECEPTION IS CLOSED 25TH DECEMBER (CHRISTMAS DAY) SO NO CHECK INS OR CHECK OUTS ARE AVAILABLE THAT DAY.

For online bookings, no refunds of deposits apply to cancellations, but for stays outside peak periods deposit may be credited to a booking made for stay within 3 months of original booking.

For peak season bookings (24th Dec 2013 - 27th January 2014, Easter, all public holiday long weekends), no refunds will be made unless we can rebook your apartment, in which case we refund the nights rebooked (excluding deposit of 1st night's accommodation) less 15% admininstration fee.

Please note that Reception is closed 25th December (Christmas Day) so no check ins or check outs are available that day.
