Terms of Reservation
1. Scope of Terms
These terms govern all reservations made through the online reservation system of Gardenia Motor Inn, and powered by Siteminder.
You accept these terms on behalf of all members of your party.
3. Advanced Payment for reservation
To guarantee your reservation, 10% of the total room charges (excluding applicable taxes and any other charges) will be collected upfront as an advanced payment charged to any of the credit or debit cards supported by the payment system. This charge, if successful, is non-refundable and completes your online reservation and enters you into a legal and valid contract with Gardenia Motor Inn, subject to these terms of reservation. The remaining 90% of your total room charge, along with any charges incurred during your stay, will be collected upon check out.
4. Confirmed Reservation
The reservation is considered confirmed when you receive a Confirmation Page containing your Transaction ID. Please save and/or print this for your records and present it to the hotel upon check-in. If for any reason there is a problem with your reservation, you will be contacted by the Gardenia Motor Inn to rectify the problem.
5. Terms of Modifying or Cancelling a Reservation
You may modify or cancel your reservation directly through this reservation system, subject to the modification, cancellation and no-show policies as stated in the policy section. We reserve the right to charge your credit/ debit card for cancellation and no-show fees in accordance with the stated policies.
Modifying your reservation entitles you to transfer the advanced payment made at the time of your first reservation. Upon confirming the changes to your reservation, you do not need to make a new advanced payment for the modified reservation. All changes to a reservation are subject to hotel's modification policies.
Cancelling your reservation is permanent and could result to cancellation fees.
6. No-Show Terms
In the event that you do not check in before the time specified in the Cancellation and No-Show Policies section, you will be qualified as a: "No-Show". Then, we will collect appropriate fees, as per our policies.
7. Responsibility of the Hotel
Your contract for the accommodation services is strictly with Gardenia Motor Inn.
8. Secure Reservation Processing
Online reservations on this website are securely processed by the Gardenia Motor Inn.
9. No Liability
Neither Gardenia Motor Inn, nor our online reservation partners, nor any of our directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives, will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services and/or the materials offered through this website, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
10. Limitation of Financial Liability
In the highly unlikely event of an issue arising as pertains to a reservation, any liability is limited to the advanced payment paid at the time of reservation.
11. Governing Law
Your online reservation is governed by the laws of Australia (the location of the receiving account being used to process the advanced payment) and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. The reservation confirmation (if any) and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and Gardenia Motor Inn.
Terms of Reservation & Hotel Policies
To avoid incidences of credit/ debit card fraud on Internet purchases, online sellers require consumers to enter their card's Security Code before confirming a sale. These numbers are not embossed on the physical card so that it cannot be printed on receipts, thus assuring cardholders that no one can easily transact using their account numbers alone.
Security Codes are three-digit numbers, printed at the back of credit/ debit cards.
Security Codes can also be the four-digit numbers, printed in front of some credit cards, such as American Express.
