Catering for your every holiday need, Shoal Bay Beach Club Apartments boast modern, fully self-contained apartments 200 meters from the beach complete with widescreen LCD TV, DVD player, microwave, full size fridge & freezer, full granite bench-top kitchen with all accessories, complete laundry, split system reverse cycle air-conditioning, spacious living/lounge area and your own private balcony to capture the sea breeze and fresh air, BEACHCLUB and BEACHSIDE apartments have private BBQs. CHECK-INS are available between 2pm and 5pm daily from the Winning Holidays Office located at 47 Shoal Bay Road, Shoal Bay. Guests checking in after 5pm are asks to pay a $20 key collection fee payable to Swan Security who will meet you at the Winning Holidays Office once you call the number on the door.

Shoal Bay Beach Club Starfish one bedroom apartments are positioned on all three floors, looking over Shoal Bay Road into natural bushlands. Starfish apartments offer spacious living areas and large balconies with dining facilities. A widescreen LCD television with a DVD player is also provided. All one bedroom apartments are configured for 2 people with 1 queen bed and the option of a fold out sofa bed for up to 2 more people. Apartments have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining area.
Our modern granite benchtop kitchens include full size fridge/freezers, dishwashers, ovens and cooktops, stainless steel appliances and utensils. Open plan living flows from the kitchen into the dining and living areas, creating a feeling of space.
For your convenience all apartments also feature full laundry facilities (washing machine, tub and dryer).

The Seaspray Studio is self contained and includes 1x queen bedroom with mirrored built-in robe, 2x single beds off the main living area and a double sofa bed for a second couple in the open plan air conditioned living area. The kitchen is equipped and includes a dishwasher, cooking facilities and full size fridge/freezer. The property includes full use of the plunge pool, lift access and a single parking space for your vehicle. Shoal Bay beach is an easy 200m level walk with the Nelson Bay CBD, marina and restaurants only minutes by car.

Check-in times are strictly after 2pm. The Winning Holidays is open until 5pm Mon-Friday and up to 4pm on Saturdays. Guests collecting keys out of these time will be required to pay a $20 key collection fee ($30 on Christmas Day). Please collect your keys from the Winning Holidays Office located at 47 Shoal Bay Road, Shoal Bay.

All Beachclub apartments offer complete granite kitchens with all utensils required for a night in with family and friends. Open plan living flows from the kitchen into the dining and living areas, creating a spacious open aired feeling.
All Beachclub apartments are configured with families and friends in mind with enough space for all to be able to relax, stretch out and unwind. Sleeping for 4 people in two large bedrooms, the master furnished with queen bed, full length mirrored robe and access to balcony, the second with 2 single beds private small balcony and mirrored robes. Sleeping for another 2 people is available on either of the fold out sofa beds (surcharges apply).
Your entertainment sized balcony is the perfect place to sit back and have a glass of wine or a beer while the BBQ is sizzling away, or simply curl up on one of the double sofa beds and chill out in front of a movie on a widescreen hi-definition LCD screen.

All Beachside apartments offer complete granite benchtop kitchens with all utensils required to entertain family and friends. Indoor/outdoor living flows from the kitchen through the apartment to the balcony area complete with BBQ and outdoor dining setting.
Apartments are configured for families and friends with the added benefit of an additional bathroom. Sleeping is for four people with a superior queen master bedroom complete with full length mirrored robe and access to balcony. Two single beds furnish the second bedroom with private ensuite and mirrored robes. Sleeping for another two people is available on the fold out sofa bed included in cost. Your balcony is the perfect place to sit back and cook up a storm on your private BBQ whilst sipping on a cool drink, or relax in the living area in front of your widescreen hi-definition LCD screen complete with DVD player.
