Terms & Conditions

SECURING YOUR BOOKING: We require 50% deposit required for confirmation of booking. Balance payable 7 days prior to arrival.
PET BOND: $50 per pet is payable in cash on arrival. Happily refunded on departure if no additional cleaning is required. Pets are allowed inside, but strictly not allowed on furniture or bedding or left alone in the house.

21 days notice of cancellation is required and incurs a 10% handling fee of total booking amount.
Less than 21days forfeits deposit.
