Payment on booking. Credit card details provided this is a non-refundable payment unless see below.

Tariffs: Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods apply.

Check-in: Is available from 2pm-9pm on the day of arrival if later a phone call or email is required with ETA. $25.00 will be charged if called out after hours to open reception for late arrivals. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure unless arrangements are made with the Manager. Early check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement.

Cancellation/refund policy: Through our Website this is a Non-Refundable payment unless you have proof of Medical Cert or Police report to complete a refund less an Admin Fee of $50.00.
Credit Card guarantees: On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card for payments and refunds.

Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.

Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

General: Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest. $150.00 Cleaning Fee can be charge to any guest Credit Card if the room is left in untidy state that would need extra cleaning time allowed or Commerical cleaning of Carpets etc.

Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid on departure

Payment is a Non-refundable payment unless we are able to sell the Apartment then a refund can be offered on or after the booking date. The Manager can be the only person to decide
this arrangement.
Unless proof of reason like Medical Cert or Police notification. Administration fee will be charged form Credit Card details $25.00.
Please email or Phone as Refunds are possible with good reasons not that you have changed your mind.
