A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. On arrival a Pre-Auth will be taken of your credit card and on departure your card is required again to process the actual payment. This credit card must belong to the person staying in the room and identification will be required for proof of ownership. If you do not have a credit card we require payment upfront and indentification before usage of room. This payment can be in the form of cash or eftpos. We accept cheques and money orders as long as they are received before guest arrival date and are cleared by the bank.
PLEASE NOTE: American Express and Diners International Cards will incur an additional 2.50% surcharge at time of processing. This surcharge is not displayed on your reservation; it is added automatically when your credit card is processed. Payment for your stay will be charged directly by the hotel to your credit card for the full amount upon check-in.

Minimum 24 Hours (1st night) - Any cancellation or ammendment to a reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in time to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
