Port Lincoln is home to Australia's largest fishing fleet. Our rooms reflect just a few of these wonderful creatures. The Apartments are located at 26 Hallet Place, an extension of Lincoln Highway and bustling Liverpool Street. Eat in or dine out. Order local seafood platters from 'The Fresh Fish Place' and we will deliver them to your apartment. Charge back meal accounts are available at King Neptune's and Cafe Del Giorno Restaraunts, and seafood platters from 'The Fresh Fish Place'.

The beach house is absolute water frontage at 1 Elfrieda Drive Tumby Bay. TUMBY BAY is located approximately 49 kilometres North of Port Lincoln. Fish or swim from the front door, feed the pelicans, lay on the beach or play on the lawn. Watch the kids from the dining table. Fully fenced playground and deli alongside
Plenty of room for the boat (boat ramp just around corner). No need to go anywhere else. This beach house has it all. Perfect for families, couples, fish fanatics, bird watchers and artists.

3 bedrooms. Sleeps up to six or seven.
Queen-size bed is located in the master bedroom.
Single in the second bedroom.
Queen-size bed is located in the third bedroom along with a single bed and room for a photon bed.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Port Lincoln Holiday Apartments require a 20% deposit on all bookings. Full payment is required upon booking for special event periods only. 20% deposit will be charged to your credit card, unless 'special event' applies. Final payment is required on departure.
We also have a NO-PARTY POLICY. Parties will not be tolerated. Disturbances to other guests will result in expulsion with no refund. We aim to provide guests with all facilities, linen, utensils required for complete self-contained accommodation. Costs for theft or damages will be charged to your credit card on departure.

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to occupancy incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of expected arrival will incur a loss of 20% of full booking price. Final payment is non-refundable unless the room can be sold to another client.
