Phil and I offer self contained Boutique Style Holiday Apartment accommodation with beautiful one or two bedrooms, they are fully air-conditioned, self contained holiday apartments which are located in the heart of Port Douglas's Macrossan Street so we can all enjoy both the town centre with its fantastic and unique shops and the choice of eateries is huge.



Other great attractions to this magic part of the world are ... Four Mile Beach ... The Great Barrier Reef ...The Daintree Rainforest ... Mossman Gorge ... Atherton Tablelands and soooo much more, Far North Queensland really is a beautiful part of the world.



Port Douglas is situated an hours drive north of Cairns. Enjoy your trip along the Captain Cook Highway by taking in some spectacular scenery and coastline, with lush mountains on one side and The Great Barrier Reef on the other.

Port Douglas is a small town with a great village atmosphere and a small population of 3,500 locals. Macrossan Street, the main street of Port Douglas, is the centre and heart of Port Douglas village life, with boutique shopping, cosmopolitan arts and crafts, world class restaurants.

A booking fee applies which is a fee of $275. Cancellations made within the 90 days period will result in forfeiture of monies for the full amount for the accommodation which has been booked - should we be unable to re-let the property for the reserved time. Therefore we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Any damage, loss or expense incurred by the owner as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions set out will incur charges. Examples of this include but are not limited to any damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments or may result in termination of rental.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, any excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.

PROPERTY BODY CORPORATE BY-LAWS:-
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

No towels or clothes to be hung on balcony rails, this is a Body Corporate By-Law and may result in the caretaker asking you to remove the items from the railing.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

All no-shows will be charged the full amount for the accommodation which has been held for them. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover this possibility.

After arrival, there will be no refund due to shortened length of stay. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover this possibility.
