Terms & Conditions

All bookings are to be prepaid 14 days prior to arrival, however during certain periods and at various locations, full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Non receipt of payment on these terms may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

A 2% surcharge applies to all credit/debit card transactions and the $200 deposit is non-refundable.

Transactions will appear on your bank statement as "PEPPERS MANTRA BFREE".

Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.

A non-refundable card fee of $5.50 (Australian Dollars) applies to each booking (except those paid in full with gift vouchers). This covers payment handling costs, including merchant service fees. Additional surcharge applies for American Express and Diners Club (which will be displayed if selected).
