Terms & Conditions

Palms City Resort requires your credit card details to proceed with a reservation online, this will be charged for full payment 2 days prior to the check in date to co-incide with the cancellation policy. If you would like to arrange an alternate payment method, please contact the Resort direct BEFORE the cancellation period commences.
All rates based on 1 or 2 occupants. An extra charge of $30.00 will apply per additional occupant. American Express 2%, Diners Cards will attract a 4% surcharge and Visa & Mastercard attract a 1.5% surcharge per transaction on both payments and refunds
We do offer a number of alternative payment methods, please call our friendly reception on (08) 8982 9200 for these details and to secure a reservation.
All specific requests, in addition to what you have booked, pertaining to your reservation eg. A specific location of room/villa on the property, is on request basis only and is not guaranteed. Photo ID is required upon check in. A credit card or cash bond is also required to check in. If you do not own a credit card, a cash bond of $150.00 is required & will be returned on check out providing there are no outstanding amounts owing.

Palms City Resort requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid incurring any cancellation fees. Any cancellation inside of this time frame will incurr a charge equivalent to the first night's payment. All cancellations must be received in writing to reservations@palmscityresort.com quoting your reference number
No refunds will be issued for any reduction in stay after check in.

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
