The Ophir Tavern, located just off the Great Western Highway in Orange NSW, offers visitors warm and friendly hospitality. Just a 3½ hour drive west of Sydney and 3 hours North West of Canberra, the Ophir Tavern is in close proximity to the regional centres of Bathurst and Dubbo, making it an ideal point of call for travellers.

The Ophir Tavern has the best value accommodation in town. All rooms are motel style on the ground floor, comfortable, spacious, and individually air conditioned for heating and cooling. They are serviced daily and feature modern ensuite bathrooms and “kitchenettes” with bar fridge, sink, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Other features include TV, clock radio alarm, large wardrobes and writing desk. Hair dryers and irons/ironing boards are available on request from the bar.
Rooms can accommodate up to four guests. Bedding configuration consists of a double size bed and two single beds.
Children 12 years and over are classed as an extra adult and will be charged as an extra adult. Children 11 years and under stay free.
