Strong security measures are taken at One30 Esplanade, with an intercom system on the basement and ground level, your floor only access and two secure undercover car parking spaces per apartment.

Our huge 210sqm apartments each feature a large designer kitchen, huge open plan living area, three large bedrooms with contemporary décor, separate family room, Austar television, personal laundry facilities; and are serviced every three days by our professional housekeepers. Each apartment features a large private balcony, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets over Darwin Harbour.

One30 Esplanade is now offering guests the choice of 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments, so that everyone can enjoy a little piece of luxury.

Please note all guests making a booking must have someone over the age of 25 occupying the apartment, and agree to the terms and conditions upon check in.

Also please note that our apartments have a set bedding configuration. Additional rollaway may be set up at extra cost.

Full payment of the booking will be taken 7 days prior to arrival at One30 Esplanade Serviced Apartment. Cancellation within 7 days of the check in date, if caused by the client, will result in the full booking value being forfeited.

The owner will make every effort to ensure that the property is available as booked. However, because these are individually privately owned apartments, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note we require $100 credit card pre-authorisation and valid photo ID upon check in.
Credit card fees will also be added to the total of your booking- Visa/MasterCard Eftpos/Credit/Debit 0.6%, Amex Express 2.5%, Diners 3.3%.

Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 7 days prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
