Rates are quoted in USD and exclude government tax (10%) and service charge (5%) and subject to change without prior notice (Rate changes will be scheduled in January each year)
Rates do not include gratuities, laundry, meals (except for the first morning American Breakfast) or cars and drivers facilities.
Any discounts on specific inquiries will be considered as a case by case and will be decided by the Managements.

Minimum stay requirements
The general policy of minimum stay are as follows :
Low Season : 2 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 2 nights
Last minutes booking : 2 nights

A 50% deposit of rental amount must be received by the Management within 5 (five) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within five (5) working days if the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Years bookings); if less than 5 days remain before the booking commences, the monies are due immediately.
Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
Payment can be made either by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
All bank transfer fees to be borne by the clients.
For Last Minute Bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. A credit card authorization form will be sent to clients to ensure deposit or final payment requirement are met. This form has to be sign and sent back to the Management and to be accompanied with photocopies of both sides of credit cards and a photocopy of valid holder’s passport.
Deposit will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year booking). In the events a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year booking) the deposit will be forfeited.
Notice of cancellation must be received by the Management in writing.
Final payments are non-refundable.
A USD 50.00 administration fee will be applied for each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes can not necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
