Booking Confirmations Deposits

High Season
High-season is the period from the 15th December to the 20th January (Queensland School Holidays) A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total booking is required to confirm a booking in the high season. If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee equivalent to the 30% deposit accepted and confirmed when making the booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking, less an administration fee equivalent to the 30% deposit accepted and confirmed when making the booking.

Mid / Low Season
Mid-season is the periods of Easter/July & September (Queensland School Holidays) Low season is all other periods that are not mid & high seasons and that are not Queensland school holiday periods. Stunning & contemporary house located a short walk from Fully Patrolled Mudjimba Beach. This property is beautifully presented with a spacious living area, large fully fitted modern designer kitchen. This leads to a big rear deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ is ideal for casual dining, or that afternoon drink. Large swimming pool and lawned area, perfect for the children & dogs to play.. The yard is fully fenced. There are 3 generous bedrooms, one with modern en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. How to Confirm a Booking
We require a credit card deposit to confirm a booking. (Mastercard or Visa)
Please Note: We are unable to confirm a booking without a credit card deposit

Pre-Auth on Credit Card (Security Deposit)
It is a requirement at this property for all incoming guests that a security deposit be held on the guests credit card in the amount of $1000.00 to cover any incidental breakages or damage. After check-out it could take up to 10 working days for the money to be released back on to the guests credit card, depending on the bank.

Terms & Conditions

Low Season: 1 night deposit required to confirm the booking. Balance payable on arrival.
Mid & High Season: 30% deposit required to confirm the booking. Balance payable on arrival.

Deposit is required with a credit card only. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Balance to be paid by credit card.

Please note: Cancellations will NOT be accepted unless in writing, and there are NO exceptions to this policy.

High Season

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Mid & Low Season

If the booking is cancelled 21 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation.

If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Short Notice Bookings

Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee equivalent to one nights accommodation will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Advance Bookings
Where a booking is made more than 6 weeks or more into the future, a deposit of 40% of the entire booking cost is required to confirm the booking.

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee equivalent to your full deposit of 40% of the total booking cost.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee equivalent to 40% of the total booking will be your cancellation fee, and will not be refunded.

Booking Confirmations

A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of one night's accommodation will confirm a booking during mid and low seasons. A deposit of 50% of the total booking will confirm a booking in the high season.
