Situated on the Pacific Highway, north of Newcastle, Motto Farm Motel is the largest motel in the region with 80 ground level rooms set on 10 acres and is the perfect choice for anyone travellling alone or as part of a larger contingency.

Accommodation Details

Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site.

You must make payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the "Pay Now" button on that page. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.

Changes to Bookings:
If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our Reservations 02 4987 1211 or see our website for contact details. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that:
bookings made through certain promotions, in certain time periods, or for certain room types cannot be cancelled or changed; and
The Motel reserves the right to permit cancellations or changes at its discretion outside of a 48 hour period, after which point full charges will apply. In addition, we apply an administration charge to any booking changes and permitted cancellations - this amount is displayed on the booking page (AUD $25.00) If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made.

Requirements upon Check-in:
Your credit card details are not released to the Motel reservation team and as such you will be required to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges.
The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.
In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we may ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.
The Motel reserves the right to request guests to sign in agreeing to abide by the Motel’s terms and conditions of room use while on premise. The Motel reserves the right to reject check-in should the guest not agree or adhere to site regulations and conditions and not to issue a refund.

We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however, as accommodation and information is regularly updated both internally and externally, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.

Without affecting any of your statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of or connected with our site or any products or services purchased on our site. We sell accommodation from inventory available at the time of booking and we do not over-sell that inventory (we cannot accept liability for unavailability of rooms caused by unforeseen events such as natural disaster, equipment failure, etc). In the case however, that all term and conditions have been abided by and the Motel is unable to deliver on the sale of the room – a refund to the maximum of the original purchase price may be arranged.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings are subject to the following cancelation policy. All rooms booked will enter a cancelation chargeable period 14 days from the date of arrival. Any changes or cancelations made during the period between 14 days and 48 hours from the arrival date will be charged a minimum $35.00 administration fee at managements discretion. Any changes or cancelations made during the period between 48 hours and the arrival date will be subject to the full charges for each night of accommodation, all pre-booked meal packages and any other facilities, services or requests booked by the guest. If the booking is made within the 14 day cancelation chargeable period then a 24 hours cooldown policy will observed before resuming the standard cancelation policy (see cool down policy below for details.)

COOLDOWN POLICY: All booked are granted a 24 hour cancelation/change period whereby no charges are incurred. This cool down policy serves its period before the cancelation policy comes to effect. The cool down period commences from the moment the booking is completed online. All guests are subject to the terms set out in this policy, any objection to the policies outlined above must contact Motto Farm Motel and cancel reservations within 24 hours of issue; if no objections/cancelations have been made within 24 hours of issue the guest agrees to all payments and reservation requirements outline throughout this policy.
