The long driveway entrance to Montville Lake Terrace takes you though the secure gates and along the landscaped gardens and rock walls. The sight of the 100 year old Fig tree signals you have entered someplace special. The lake and hinterland views are simply breathtaking. Montville Lake Terrace is a prestigious property that is available to book for 10 guests or less. You will be booking the entire holiday house for the duration of your stay.

FUNCTIONS / PARTIES / EVENTS
Functions, Parties or Events are not allowed at Montville Lake Terrace. The total number of registered guests and non-registered guests (visitors) can not exceed 10 people. Service personal entering the premises for short periods are exempt such as deliveries, wedding professionals or in-house chefs.

Lake Terrace - A minimum 2 night special booking for 2 adults (enquire to add up to 2 Children). You will be booking the entire house for the duration of your stay. Check-in is after 2pm on the day of your arrival and check-out is before 10am on the day of your departure.

NOTE: Booking our special couples offer allows you to choose your bedroom/ensuite and bathroom. The other bedrooms/bathrooms maybe closed off and not be available for use. This is to keep the cleaning/linen charges to a minimum and allows you to take advantage of this special rate.

Terms & Conditions

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total accommodation charge. Any remaining balance is required to be paid within 28 days of your scheduled arrival date by credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Use of third party booking vouchers or gift certificates will be approved upon check-in. Items nominated on the documentation will be charged back as specified. Charges incurred that are not specified will require settlement by credit card or cash.

Reservations may be cancelled 42 days or more prior to your scheduled date of arrival with your deposit returned minus a $250 cancellation fee. If you fail to cancel your reservation 42 days or more prior to your arrival, a charge of 50% of the accommodation total will be incurred or a pro-rata amount if the property can be successfully re-booked. If you cancel your reservation within 28 days of your arrival, a charge of 100% of the accommodation total will be incurred or a pro-rata amount if the property can be successfully re-booked.
