SELF CONTAINED COTTAGES AND APARTMENTS
We have several self contained cottages and apartments in various locations around Fremantle in which all - including families with children are welcome. These properties are fully self contained with 1, 2,3 and 4 bedrooms. All have fully functioning kitchens, living rooms with TV and/or sound systems. Linen is supplied. These properties are not serviced but this can be arranged if you require this at a separate cost. The tariff shown covers the use of one bedroom, however if you require the extra bedrooms then an extra payment of $30 per room/per night for the duration of your stay will be charged. This means you only pay for the rooms you will be using.

All cottages and apartments are located within the area 1km from the sparkling Indian Ocean Beaches and within walking distance of Freo's famous cappuccino strip, hotels, restaurants and markets. All are on the bus route or the FREE CAT bus route which runs all day until 6.30 pm and goes to the rail station, city centre, beach and all major tourist attractions around Fremantle.

If you are wanting to go direct to these properties (outside normal office hours) then we will require and email address to send out our conditions form for you to read and sign and return to us before this can be arranged. To facilitate this we will require your email address when you book on line.

Important Note:

The key for these cottages and apartments must be picked up at our office at 32 Arundel Street, Fremantle (OFFICE AT REAR)during office hours Mon to Fri 10am-3-30pm. If not between these hours please contact our office to arrange bookin. Please indicate your arrival time and a contact number (preferably a mobile number) on the booking form, and if your arrival time is going to vary by more than an hour. Please phone us direct (number located on booking form) to advise your new arrival time or if you wish to be able to go direct to the property on your arrival.

Fremantle Holiday Accommodation will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However they reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances without penalty.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments charged to your credit card or immediate eviction.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay, their credit card will be charged after inspection of the apartment/cottage after the guests vacate the property.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to the neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of rental and loss of the balance of rent.

This property is rented as short term accommodation and is not serviced until the end of the booking. Linen is supplied by us. The towels supplied are for the bathroom only and are not to be taken from the premises. Beach towels must be supplied by the guest.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

This beautiful architect designed 2 storey townhouse is in a quiet residential street only a short stroll to central Fremantle. Two bedrooms with queen beds. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and selection of DVDs in the main lounge area with large comfortable couches. There is a second TV in Bedroom 1.

The full sized kitchen has stone benchtops, oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area looks out onto a lovely walled courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. The upstairs bathroom has a shower in bath and toilet with a marble vanity. Second shower and toilet downstairs.

Rate include wireless Internet. Off street parking for 1 car. There is also a free CAT Bus stop at end of street which does a circle route around Fremantle. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and the waterfront.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be paid by credit card when making the booking. Your confirmation will be sent by email once the credit card has been charged. This will be done within 24 hours of receiving your booking. If you are booking out of office hours and arriving immediately, please call our after hours emergency number to arrange key collection.

This number is 0430 156396 - emergency calls only please.

Once a booking is made and paid for there is a no cancellation policy. However, you will be able to change a booking without penalty so long as the property is available for the new dates and the booking is made and taken up within 3 months of the original booking. Any changes must be made at least 72 hours before booking is due to be taken up.

If the rates are higher than the original booking then the balance will need to be paid before occupancy. Once the property is occuppied there will be no refund if the guest leaves early.

Book in time is 1400 hours or later, and check out time is 10.00 hours - no exceptions unless arranged and confirmed in writing with the management
