- The units are ground level.
- At Innes Street there are no stairs between the UNDERCOVER PARKING and the front door.
- At The Esplanade, there are two steps between the undercover parking and the front door.

- It has 2 Queen bedrooms, and 1 bunk bedroom which sleeps 2.
- 2 Bathrooms. One with shower over hip bath. One with a toilet and walk in shower.
- Plus another separate toilet room.
- Large kitchen with pantry and full sized fridge.
- The ramp to the house and the walk in shower make this easy for wheelchair access. .
The kitchen, dining and living areas are quite large.
The free BBQ is on the large deck facing Macquarie Harbour. There is a slim view of the Harbour.
We have a new garden underway.
There is roomy undercover parking for two cars at your front door.

- To secure a booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total booking cost.
- The balance of the same amount is due on arrival in Strahan.
If a cancellation is made 8 days before the arrival date, we will return the deposit paid.
If a cancellation is made within the 7 days before arrival, we will retain the total deposit.
If we can fill the vacancy created by this cancellation, we are happy to refund the deposit less $10.
