Please note a CREDIT CARD is require on checkin as a guarantee and must be in the name of at least one of the registered guests or a written (email or fax) authority. If you do not hold a credit card accommodation is to be paid on arrival and a bond of $150.00 (refundable on checkout together with photo ID is required.

All forms of Credit & Debit Card are accepted for payment. All credit cards incur a surcharge fee of 1.3%.

CHEQUES are NOT accepted unless in exceptional circumstances pre-arranged by Management.

CORPORATE ACCOUNTS qualified by Management are accepted.

CASH - by arrangement cash payments may be accepted provided Photo ID & Bond payment are made in advance on arrival.
Accomodation MUST be paid in FULL in advance. Management reserves the right to refuse to accept cash customers on arrival if terms and conditions are not agreed.

Cancellation Policy as below:

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be confirmed by 12pm prior to day of arrival in writing (email or fax).
If cancelled outside this time full payment of first nights accommodation is required. Minimum 24 hours notice applicable.
Check in is 2pm - Check out is 10.am.

This policy is only applicable to rooms purchased within these terms and conditions.

DISCOUNTED ACCOMMODATION OFFERS
Should a room type be advertised as NO CHANGES, REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS then the above general cancellation policy is not valid to this room.

We endeavour to offer the BEST available rates and therefore, discounted rooms may have a penalty attached to them which is non-negotiable.

EVENT PERIODS
Due to the demand for rooms during Event periods and our desire to ensure our valued guests secure their accommodation STRICT cancellation policies are in place subject to the particular event.

Reservations taken by phone are only valid with a credit card guarantee.
