All of our four Apartments are Fully Furnished & Fully Self Contained with Absolutely Everything that you would expect to find in the modern home.

We have Four Apartments in Total, Two off One-Bedroom Luxury Apartments and Two off Two-Bedroom Luxury Apartments.

We have a Minimum Lease Period of 28 Nights Available, however, we Offer Discounted Nightly Rates/ Weekly Rental for Leases of 3, 6 and or 12 Months in Duration.

The Weekly Rent Includes but is Not Limited to the following: -
FREE Electricity Account.
FREE FOXTEL/AUSTAR (200 Channels).
FREE Hi Speed Wireless Broadband Internet 60Gb/Month Limit.

FREE Weekly Cleaning Service of the Apartment including Full Cleaning & Fresh Dry Cleaned Linen.

We have a very high Quality Standard and we only use the Finest Quality for the Contents of Every Apartment Including but Not limited to the following Items: -

Accommodation Details

Terms & Conditions

An Amount Equivalent to Four Week's Rent is required at the Time of Booking as a Security Deposit or Bond.

The Tennant will be required to Sign a Standard Tasmanian Real Estate Institute Lease, with the following Inclusions listed as follows: -
FREE Electricity Account.
FREE Hi-Speed Wireless Broadband Internet c/w 60Gb/M Limit.
FREE Local Telephone Calls.

Payment of the Deposit/Bond Constitutes the Guest's Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease Documents.

Prior to the commencement of the Lease the Tennant is required to Pay an amount equal to Four Week's Rent.

This is Payment for the First Two Week's of the Lease and Payment in advance for the next Two Week's Rent.

The Tennant will continue to Pay Two Week's Rent in advance until the lease expires.

Cancellation by the Guest: -
1. By Mutual Agreement between the Tennant and Owner.
2. The Lease Must be Paid Out in it's Entirety.
3. If the Lease has Expired, Four Week's Notice Must be Given to the Owner in Writing.

Cancellation by the Owner: -
1. Requires that Four Week's Notice is Given to the Tennant in Writing at any point in time.
2. By Mutual Agreement between the Tennant and Owner.
