Barlings Beach Holiday Park, Rosedale is spectacularly situated on 22 acres of direct beach frontage. It is between the towns of Batemans Bay and Moruya on the New South Wales south coast.

Barlings Beach Holiday Park is easy to get to in its superb beachfront location. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach!

The beach is clean and safe and fishing in the area is very popular. Barlings Beach Tourist Park is also situated in close proximity to licensed clubs, shops, lawn bowls, golf, zoo, boat ramp and tennis.

Please Note:
A $20 surcharge per cabin applies for single night bookings. These surcharges are billed on check in.

The Park Management reserves the right to relocate a cabin or site number in order to accommodate and facilitate all bookings. No cabin number or site number is 100% guaranteed. Whilst we will endeavour to keep your requested cabin number or site, it is not always possible. Should a move be required the category will remain the same.

Deposits and Payments
• A credit card payment for the full amount of your stay is required on booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied.
• Reception hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
• Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on Long Weekends, Public Holidays and Event weekends.
* A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during Peak Season.
• A minimum stay of (2) nights is required in all Villas on all other weekends.
• Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years. • Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years.
• With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.
• Check in time is from 2pm. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
Fail to show without written notice, will incur the full cost of your stay.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
• Not be the person named on the booking request
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
• Not be able to pay for any charges
• May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

Changes and Cancellations
Low Season:
Cancellations and changes must be advised with 7 days notice are fully refundable less a $30 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit, if we are able to rebook the accommodation/site, you will receive refund of deposit or part there of less $30 administration fee.
High/Peak Season:
Changes and cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 14 days of arrival the deposit is forfeited.

NOTE: We do not give refunds for early departures.

All cancellations incur a $30 administration fee.
