Terms & Conditions

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 2:00PM and check out is at 10:00AM. Please call 0401 580 899 to notify us of your arrival time so we can be there to welcome you and show you to your room.

We do not permit guests to check in or out on Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December) or New Year’s Day (1st January). Please ensure that any bookings you make are in line with this policy.

GENERAL POLICIES
Please note that we do not accept children. We also do not accept hen or bucks groups. Please respect your fellow guests and keep noise levels to a minimum. Only registered guests are permitted to use the guesthouse facilities.

Management reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund should any unforeseen circumstance arise.

Management will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property and vehicles, and you are advised to lock doors and windows when away from the guesthouse.

Management reserve the right to ask you to leave if you do not comply with these terms and conditions. All loss and damage caused by guests will be charged to the person named on the booking form, and all payments must be settled on departure. In the event that a payment is not settled, the credit card used to book the room will be debited the total amount due.

BOOKINGS, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS (OFF-PEAK)
Minimum rates of 2 nights stay apply during weekends.

A 50% deposit of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

Rates are based on a maximum of 2 guests per room. An additional guest may be permitted in Double/Twin/Triple room for an additional $50 per night (please contact the manager).

We accept cash payments, bank deposits, EFTPOS and most major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard). Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. We do not accept American Express.

Cancellations, part cancellations or changes to your booking need to be in writing or emailed to the manager.
• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified on day of arrival or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation (deposit + booking balance) will be charged.

BOOKINGS, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS (PEAK)
Minimum rates of 4-6 days stay, depending on the date of arrival. Please either check with management before booking or ensure that any bookings you make are in line with this policy.

Peak periods and events include:
• School Holidays
• Schoolies
• Christmas
• New Year
• Easter
• Splendour in the Grass
• Falls Festival
• Bluesfest

Rates are based on a maximum of 2 guests per room. An additional guest may be permitted in Double/Twin/Triple room for an additional $50 per night (please contact the manager).

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
