The total cost of your stay will be taken when you book. By booking you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am. Additional costs may be incurred for early check in/late check out.

The apartment is provided to you in a clean and tidy condition. You agree to return the apartment in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed. You agree to pay for any and all damages, if any, caused by you during your stay and any additional cleaning that may be required.

Please note that pets are not permitted at the Applecross Short Stay Apartments.

The apartments are strictly non smoking. If you smoke or allow others to smoke in the apartment you will be charged the full daily rate after you have vacated up until the apartment and all items in it have been professionally cleaned. The cost of such cleaning will also be at your expense. These costs will be charged to your credit card and you will be provided with all documentation relating to the cleaning. Every apartment has a balcony and there are outside areas in which you can smoke. If you do smoke please ensure that all cigarette butts are placed in a container and disposed of before you vacate the property.

Any key not returned at the conclusion of your stay will result in the locks being changed at your expense.

Any cancellation after payment will result in 50% of the total cost of your stay being forfeited. Non Arrival or cancellation within 48 hours or your check in will incur a charge of the first days stay together with the forfeit of 50% of the total cost of your stay.
