Terms & Conditions
Payment will be in the form of cash, EFT or credit card. A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. Diners not accepted. No cheques or credit provided without prior approval.
A two-night minimum stay applies over long weekends and the Vic Open. A five-night minimum stay applies from December 25th - January 10th.
A free cancellation may be honoured up to 14 days prior to arrival. Exceptions are peak season, public holidays, long weekends and group bookings. Peak season is 23rd December through to 15th January.
During peak periods, full pre-payment may be required upon confirmation and is non refundable. The full amount will be deducted from your credit card upon confirmation.
Barwon Heads Resort has the right to cancel your booking should your booked apartment no longer be part of the management of the Resort, in the instance of a double booking or other administrative error. Barwon Heads Resort will provide as much notice as possible should this occur.
