Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit or one nights tariff (whichever is the greater) is required for all bookings. Payment of the balance is due 72 hours prior to arrival.

No refund is offered within 72 hours of arrival date.

The nightly tariff is based on two travellers with extra guests using existing bedded charged on a per night bases. If in the event extra bedding is not charged out at the time of your reservation, the appropriate charges will be passed on at the conclusion of your stay.

Cancellation of the booking will result is full loss of the deposit. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival: 100% fee.

When a booking is made OUTSIDE 12 hours, an email will be sent to you with everything you will need for your stay.
