Plantation Island Resort Renovations
-Please note that the resort is undergoing development from May 2018 until May 2019. During renovations, the resort will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
Accommodation
-Requests for specific room views, numbers and locations are not guaranteed by the resort in advance. Requests are subject to availability.
-Children 12 years and under (Maximum 2 children )can stay for free when sharing the same room with parents and using existing bedding.
-Baby cots are available at no additional charge (Infant 0-2 yrs ).
Administration Surcharge
-3% service fee will be levied on credit/debit card payments.
-3% surcharge will be levied on all refunds .
Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in: 2pm
- Check-out :10 am
- Early check-in is subject to availability on day of arrival. To guarantee early check-in,the room or bure must be booked for the previous night.
- Credit/Debit card pre-authorization will be taken upon check –in as security deposit to cover for any incidentals
Inclusions
-Welcome shell lei & 1lt bottle of water per person upon arrival
-Complimentary Coconut Kids Club for children (aged 4 -12)and Lairo Club for teenagers (aged 12 – 16)
-Complimentary Activities : kayaks, mini-putt putt, tennis, table tennis,volleyball,Fijian cooking lessons, coconut leaf basket weaving lessons and native medicine tours.
Payment Policy Plantation Island Resort will charge 2 nights’ accommodation as a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy -Cancellations received within 15-30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of total accommodation -Cancellations received within 1-14 days prior to arrival or No-Show will be charged 100% of total accommodation -Unused room nights due to late check-in or early check-out are not refundable.
