• 50% payment required within 14 days of making booking
• 100% payment required 60 days prior to arrival
Low season: (Summer period)
• 50% payment required within 14 days of making booking
• 100% payment required 30 days prior to arrival
Events dates, Easter, Christmas School Holidays start to 1st week January, Public Holidays and long weekends:
• 50% payment required within 14 days of making booking
• 100% payment required 60 days prior to arrival
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
Credit Card Surcharges apply. Payments by Amex and Diners incur a 2.2% surcharge. Payments by Mastercard or Visa will incur a 1% sucharge. To avoid the credit card surcharge please contact the resort immediately after booking to arrange alternative payment on 02 6451 3000. Alternate payment is not available on bookings arriving within 7 days of booking date.
Otherwise payment will be taken from the provided credit card.
All bookings require full payment prior to arrival.
Please note that all children and infants staying in the reservation are included in the maximum occupancy limits of each room type. There is no capacity for additional guests to be accommodated over the indicated maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure the correct size room is selected when reserving your room. You may be required to pay an additional person fee, book an additional room or have the extra guests restricted from staying, if you arrive with additional guests. Please contact the resort as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

High season (June long weekend to October long weekend):
• Cancellations* more than 61 days out 100% refund.
• Cancellations* between 60 to 31 days prior to arrival will attract a 50% refund.
• Cancellations* 30 days or less prior to arrival will attract a 100% forfeiture.
Low season:
• Cancellations* 31 or more days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund
• Cancellations* 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will attract a 50% refund.
• Cancellations* 14 days or less prior to arrival will attract a 100% forfeiture.
Event Dates, Public Holidays and long weekends:
