Situated across from iconic Clarkes Beach, this stunning holiday house can accommodate up to 10 guests OR up to 20 guests when booked in conjunction with Havana Beach House – the neighbouring holiday beach house.
The house offers both luxury indoor and outdoor living areas – plenty of room to relax, dine, entertain and play depending on the type of holiday experience you’re craving. The kitchen offers modern facilities to cook up a gourmet feast or simply relax by the saltwater pool and enjoy casual BBQ dining.
Clarkes is situated just 3 minutes walk to Clarkes beach, 10 Minutes to Tallows beach, 7 minutes walk to Byron Bay town and close to Byron’s iconic lighthouse.
This stunning, luxury beach house is in a great location allowing you to enjoy everything that Byron has to offer – surfing, whalewatching, bushwalking and more.
Clarkes Beach House can be booked in conjunction with Havana Beach House for holiday house accommodation up to 20 guests.
We suggest you check availability and secure your dates early. Byron Bay Beach Houses are normally booked out over high season holiday periods.

*Byron Bay Beach Houses use a local property agent - Byron Bay Luxury Homes - to administer bookings on their behalf. To secure your instant online booking we request a 50% deposit. Once our agents have received your online booking they will use the credit card you have provided for this purpose. Additional required deposits and final payment will be taken by Byron Bay Luxury Homes as per the timelines below.
Please be advised that Clarkes and Byron Beach Houses are strictly not party or function venues. Please contact the booking agent, Byron Bay Luxury Homes, for the terms and conditions that apply or call 02 6685 8749 if you need to discuss the terms and conditions before making your reservation as fines and evictions may apply to guests that do not adhere to these terms.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT TIMELINE
After you have made your online booking our booking agents will contact you to organise the required deposit. To secure your online reservation we require 50% of the total tariff as a deposit at the time of booking.
Final Payment is due 1 month prior to the arrival date (during Peak Periods final payment will be due 2 months prior to your arrival date). Payment of the total tariff will be required at the time of booking for all reservations made within 1 month of arrival.

Our standard cancellation policies reflect that of our booking agents - Byron Bay Luxury Homes - and are as follows...
Cancellations are accepted up until 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations within 1 month of arrival will forfeit 50% of the total tariff (the deposit), however no cancellations are accepted within two weeks of
Peak Season – cancellations are accepted up until 2 months prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 2
months of arrival will forfeit 50% of the total tariff (the deposit), however no cancellations are accepted
within one month of arrival.
Please note that there is no refund of payment if, upon arrival, a tenant is not satisfied with the
A $100 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
The booking is made in good faith and maybe subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the property owner of the premises outside our control. However, in the event of the premises becoming unavailable to the guest through unforeseen circumstances, such as the premises is damaged or property has been sold, then the agent will inform the guest immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative premises (at the guests request) or offer a full refund.
Many or our properties are in suburban locations where, from time to time, there may be building / construction on house within the vicinity or your property. We take no responsibility for any issues relating to noise on neighbouring properties.
