Byron Bay Beach Houses consists of four neighbouring beach houses - Clarkes Beach House, Byron Beach House, Sandpiper Beach House and Osprey Beach House. Book them together to accommodate up to 36 guests or book separately as private holiday retreats (8-10 per house).

Luxurious, spacious, and modern – these four stunning houses sit side by side and can be booked together as a complete retreat – perfect for families, weddings or for large group accommodation. NOTE: Each beach house still offers maximum privacy when booked separately.

Each of these houses have private pools, modern entertaining areas inside and out all in the perfect location. Beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops are all just minutes away, with the National Park is at your back door.

Newly refreshed and refurbished ready for your next break away in Byron.

Accommodating six adults and two children, Sandpiper is a stylish four bedroom, three bathroom beach house, nestled beside a National Park, and only three minutes walk to Clarkes Beach.

Recently refurbished, fully equipped and with lots of space the house retains the charm and character of a classic Byron Beach Holiday House. The kitchen is light and spacious with a lovely details, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The casual luxury of the house extends through the comfortable lounge, and four bedrooms.

With Tallows and Clarkes Beaches only a stone's throw away, Sandpiper is the perfect choice for your holiday in Byron Bay.

*Byron Bay Beach Houses use a local property agent - Byron Bay Luxury Homes - to administer bookings on their behalf. To secure your instant online booking we request a 50% deposit. Once our agents have received your online booking they will use the credit card you have provided for this purpose. Additional required deposits and final payment will be taken by Byron Bay Luxury Homes as per the timelines below.

Please be advised that Clarkes and Byron Beach Houses are strictly not party or function venues. Please contact the booking agent, Byron Bay Luxury Homes, for the terms and conditions that apply or call 02 6685 8749 if you need to discuss the terms and conditions before making your reservation as fines and evictions may apply to guests that do not adhere to these terms.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT TIMELINE

After you have made your online booking our booking agents will contact you to organise the required deposit. To secure your online reservation we require 50% of the total tariff as a deposit at the time of booking.

Final Payment is due 1 month prior to the arrival date (during Peak Periods final payment will be due 2 months prior to your arrival date). Payment of the total tariff will be required at the time of booking for all reservations made within 1 month of arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Our standard cancellation policies reflect that of our booking agents - Byron Bay Luxury Homes - and are as follows...

Cancellations are accepted up until 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations within 1 month of arrival will forfeit 50% of the total tariff (the deposit), however no cancellations are accepted within two weeks of
arrival.

Peak Season – cancellations are accepted up until 2 months prior to arrival.

Cancellations within 2
months of arrival will forfeit 50% of the total tariff (the deposit), however no cancellations are accepted
within one month of arrival.

Please note that there is no refund of payment if, upon arrival, a tenant is not satisfied with the
property.

A $100 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

UNFORESEEN CHANGES

The booking is made in good faith and maybe subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the property owner of the premises outside our control. However, in the event of the premises becoming unavailable to the guest through unforeseen circumstances, such as the premises is damaged or property has been sold, then the agent will inform the guest immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative premises (at the guests request) or offer a full refund.

Many or our properties are in suburban locations where, from time to time, there may be building / construction on house within the vicinity or your property. We take no responsibility for any issues relating to noise on neighbouring properties.
