Terms & Conditions

1. This form is a booking request only. Please consider all requests unconfirmed until such time as you have received receipt of payment for your booking.

2. Prices are based on all beds in a room being occupied. When all rooms are booked, an extra single supplement fee will apply if there are spare beds in rooms that could be filled.

3. Allocation of loft rooms will be made to families with children/infants. Children will not be allocated double rooms without an accompanying adult staying in the room.

4. Booking Arrangements
i. Winter
Peak Season - bookings will be taken in order of priority are:
(1) in Sunday, out Sunday (7 days),
(2) in Sunday, out Friday (5 days), then
(3) weekend bookings – in Friday, out Sunday (see Note 5).

Shoulder Season – any minimum 2 night booking

ii. Summer
All bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights.
A three night minimum stay applies:
• Christmas – Friday 21 December through to Tuesday 1 January (inclusive).
• Easter – Thursday 9 April through to Monday 13 April 2019 (inclusive).

5. Weekend bookings are available for immediate confirmation for Shoulder season. During peak season, weekend bookings will only be confirmed if the booking coincides with a 5-day week booking, or if vacancies exist four weeks prior to the specified period.

6. The following periods are fully catered only (no bed and breakfast option);
• Winter season - 8 June - 7 October
• Christmas – Friday 21 December through to Tuesday 1 January (inclusive).
• Easter – Thursday 9 April through to Monday 13 April 2019 (inclusive).

7. A loading of $55 per head applies to Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, which includes a multi course special celebration lunch (Christmas) and dinner (New Year's Eve).

8. Payment policy -
Winter: If booking before 1 May a 25% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, with the 75% balance payable on 1 May. If booking after 1 May 100% booking cost will be charged at the time of booking.

Summer: If booking more than 28 days before arrival a 25% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, with the balance payable 28 days before arrival. If booking less than 28 days before arrival 100% booking cost will be charged at the time of booking.

9. Commercial guests please be aware that as Boali is a Club Lodge, all people staying as commercial bookings need to adopt the behaviour that is required of Boali Lodge Members (e.g. helping to set and clear dining tables). Any breakages must be reported and paid for as soon as they occur.

10. Boali Lodge will take all care but cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen property from both secured and common areas of the Lodge.

11. Boali Lodge is not licensed. Please BYO and use our fridge, freezer and bar facilities as required.

12. If you have medically diagnosed or religious dietary requirements, please notify us at the time of making your booking. Dietary requests will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.

13. Boali Lodge rooms are not serviced during your stay to maintain your privacy. On arrival your room will be made up with linen as per your given needs.

14. Cancellations must be emailed to bookings@boali.com.au
Winter cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to commencement of stay will be refunded 75% of total booking cost.

• Cancellations made 7 - 28 days prior to commencement of stay will be refunded 50% of total booking cost.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to commencement of stay will not be refunded.

Summer cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to commencement of stay will be refunded 75% of total booking cost.

• Cancellations made 15 - 30 days prior to commencement of stay will be refunded 50% of total booking cost.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to commencement of stay will not be refunded.
